My Camaro is my daily driver. OK to drive to the cemetery? I'm really concerned about it. The car is such an attention-getter. Maybe I should catch a ride with someone else? I hope at my funeral everyone drives a Camaro, but this isn't my funeral.

I don't even know what to say except What? Do you really thing your car is so cool that is will interrupt a funeral. I think someone has been drinking a little to much.

I did last week.. nobody cares... sure i had somebody comment about wanting my car.. but it was one person... and it was good for them to have a distraction... otherwise.. nobody is thinking about your car... not by a longshot

He was wanting to take a ride in my car but somedays wasn't feeling up to it, or the weather was bad, and regretfully somedays it wasn't convienient for me. He took a sudden turn for the worse and passed away. So I acted as the hearse and delivered him to the cemetary since I never got to give him his ride. I used my checkered and green flags as they did for A.J.s victory lap at the end of the race, as my brother's "race" had ended as well.
GO for it, I'm sure your co-worked would have (will?) appreciate it!
Thats awesome man

Eeek how loud exactly is your car? Some people might get a little pissed off and you might get some rude comments about being a distraction. I have a very loud 9 inch lifted tahoe on 37s, and I know for a fact that people would say stuff to me. Can't you just take another car?

I dont see nothing wrong with driving it. I lost a good friend of the family who was building a Hugger Orange '69 Camaro Z/28, he never finished it because of his illness and I picked up my Camaro 2 days before he passed and he never saw it (he wanted to see the new Camaros when they came out) I drove mines to his funeral, but its bone stock and to pay respect to him for the gear head he was, another friend cranked up his 69 Z (yes it was sounding like a beast) during the moment of silence and drove by .... it felt good because thats something he loved and everyone knew that. If i can go back ... I would of got a IOM SS and dedicated it to him ...

So pay ya respects no matter what you drive....its the fact of the matter you paying your respects to a long time friend. Just my 3 cents ...
