for ya know... driving in the fog lol.

I thought I read that they are only DRLs and not actual fog lights, but some rational part of my brain refuses to accept that.

You have the RS package, so your "fogs" are really DRLs and they'll always be on, fog or not.

I thought they turned off when the regular lights turned on. I turned on my lights (not parking, the real lights) manually and if the fogs were on I couldn't tell.

Well, turn them on, get out of the car, and look and see if they fogs are on lol. If not, just push the middle of the light control knob and it will turn on. :/

This has been gone over time and time again.

If you have the RS package, you no longer have Fog Lights. What are Fog Lights on a NON-RS Camaro are now Day Time Running Lights on a RS Camaro. There are some threads in the DIY section on how to re-wire so that they can be used as both. Again do a

to find this.

You are correct sir! They go off when the headlights or parking lights come on. There is a thread on here somwhere where you can do it yourself wiring them to make them work while your headlights are on.

So, get this adapter, then the DRL/Fogs can be turned on/off at will or is it that they always stay on? Either way, I like it and will probably be one of very few mods I do to my car.

My understanding is that your DRL/Fogs will constantly be on basically.
