I didn't doubt you at all buddy! If they've read the news on the GM Media Online website from the start there would be no need for this bickering to begin with.

gague cluster - 100-200
heated mirrors - 100-200
heated leather seats - 750-1000 tops I would think
and then everything else falls into the equivalent of the Convenience and Connectivity Package - 300-400 bucks worth of electronics and some extra leather

Then it's just really on the HID's from the RS package....those could be like 700-900 at a pretty high estimate.

take the top estimates of all that and you still have 100 bucks for padding to make $2800....I mean doesn't seem that far fetched to me....let me know if any of you think those numbers are totally out of line.
Then agains for the LT, you do get 20"s so i can see it costing more for the LT

it pisses me off that you call us cynical and close minded. We are not. Like I said we are tired of false information and just trying to wait for official information. Not from someone who we don't know and hasn't proven their reliability as you have now.

Oh yeah, i did have that calculated into it, but really shouldn't be more than 300-400 and I think i'm way high thinking 1000 for heated leather. so take 300 from that and the 100 i had left over and i still think around 2800 for all of it

We did check the GM website; it didn't update until after midnight and this thread started around 2245

Okay, then braking transmissions (and Z06-engines) may be a german problem only. But even the roof could come off... there was a recall.

If GM wants to get >50% more money for their cars in Europe, they should put a factory up here in Germany where we can build HQ "Autobahn" editions.

The letters "HQ" would definitely sell a lot better in Europe than the letters "SS". It's a historical thing.
