But mods can make up for the tenth of a second given up in straight line acceleration. And after all, after you change from stock, to mods, it's mostly about personal time and the car next to you.

Just figure between a tenth, and two tenths of a second of a loss. But like the guys said, you can keep your stock 20s if you want to get more serious on the track.
Good point. I guess I should have said serious track time.

Leave the 22's for the escalades and suburbans. My vote is for 20's.

Better traction, ride comfort and tire choices.

I agree, I've seen a few 22 combos that look great (D2, ICONZ, Iforged) but I just for the life of me cannot get over a wheel that big on a latemodel coupe. I almost flipped back when I found out the camaro would have 20's. But they look the part on these huge, piggy cars. Anything bigger, IMO, makes them look like hot wheels or dub city diecasts. Just too big for me, but hey, alot of guys like it.

Who needs 20s or 22s? Why don't you go the other direction with some sweet 13s or 14s?

I agonized over it for a while. I just wanted to get as much of the concept look back as I could. I picked a wheels based on one thing first. It couldn't look too big. obviously I learned my lesson with the GM 21s but I still want the wheel wells filled. I like the way the photoshops look so heck with it. I'm going for it. I'll get my performance mods soon.
