Buying Synergy Green. Question First. - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Hello All!
Im purchasing my 2010 Synergy Green Camaro hopefully friday. Its a graduation gift from the parents, so Im super excited! I fell in love with the SG after I test drove it tonight, and saw the green accents inside, along with the green lighting behind the door panels! I was disappointed that there was no leather, but I like the cloth feel and the green cloth accent enough to say I didnt want the leather anymore. Plus my Mom has leather in her Trailblazer and its super hard to take care of, considering we clean it and have to apply leather conditioner all the time. Anyways, I LOVE the car, but I want the instrument cluster located near the shifter, with the oil, volt, transmission, and oil temp gauges. Ive heard of people getting them shipped to them too add on the car, and the dealer told me the car was equipped for it too be added, so my question is, where do I get it? I want to order it tomorrow so I can add it when it comes in! If you guys have any other input for me before buying the Camaro like what to watch for, or anything, please let me know. Ive been active on site for 6 months now waiting for this day, and needless to say everyone here is like family, and this is the best Camaro 5 site in the world! Thanks Guys!

Hey man, congradulations on the Camaro! I think SG looks great and can't wait to see one in person. I think you should be able to buy the cluster gauges on gmpartsdirect

Congrats man, Synergy green is awesome, cant wait to see it in person!
Check outthe DIY thread so you can install the gauges, oh and check the classified sections, you can pick up some 20" wheels from our members

Ya know, I didn't think it would look that nice, according to the pics I've seen on the 'net..but they just got an Synergy Green SS on the lot down the street and it's NOT half bad!!! STILL reminds me of "The Hulk" though...

Synergy is only available on 1LT models I believe

I think you are right, and that's the only reason I don't like the Synergy Green. I wanted a 2ss (had to have leather and the V-8), so it took the green out of the selection for me.

FWI... I saw the SG at the cleveland auto show and "someone" i wont mention high up the camaro food chain said the car is only available as a V6 but we are working on that
