I took my car out of storage monday. This was the first ride with the Solo MachX installed .At the startup was a nice rumble I'm lovin it. I proceeded to back out of my garage and noticed the car was running very rough.I drove down the road with the car hesitating, bucking, and running bad bad bad with all sorts of lights on.I thought what the hell did I do Well I kept on driving since I was headed to the dealership anyway. The car was rough As I proceeded the lights started to go away and the engine was running much better.I came to a stop and the check engine light went out.I took off.......WOW what a difference the sound the power my SMILE. I guess it took a bit for the ECM to learn (I should have done the fuse pull). The Solo is great, it does have an exotic sound to it without any drone. I give it I like.

I have the GFX. We opted for Jeff to weld on 4.5" tips rather than use the ones he has for the GFX. Well, the pipes are a little long. I removed my bezels in the rear GFX for now, but I will need to take a little off the ends.

I installed mine today. Very happy with sound and performance. The only thing I didn't like was on the right side, the tail pipe purtruded into the tip about 2.5 inches where as the left side was nice and flush. I'll hit it with some spray paint to make it not so noticable from viewing it from the rear. Other then that, I'm very happy. First seeing the system I thought to myself "damn this is going to be loud" Not at all, nice and smooth, sounds great.....Rich

A little deeper at idle and easy throttle application, stomp on it and you really know it's there.

Mine ran bad at first but it went away. I thought a fuse pull would have prevented that.

No problem, Bobby. I didn't do anything after putting the system on. I see that you have the LS3, same as me. I know the L99's pull fuses. I don't know that they do it for installing a catback. It definitely can't hurt anything.

I am so happy to see all you guys going for what I consider the bargain of the Camaro World. I can report after about 9 months and 4000 miles, I love my SOLO more now than before. I brought my car to work for the first time and when I started it up I heard nothing but rave comments from my co-workers. I took someone for a ride that test drove the stock SS and said he was unimpressed............well I think SOLO just helped sell a CAMARO for GM, he is heading to chevy on Monday!

WELCOME TO THE SOLO FAMILY ALL!!

I have heard of this with any exhaust change. It takes the computer a few miles to adjust.......very normal!

Hey Puttnutt. That should not be. You may have a hanger off position or something. Take it to a good exhaust shop or mechanic. For $50 they can reposition the hangers so it will sit properly. SOLO gets top marks for fitment, so I would look into why this is sitting funny.

Best of Luck!
