Friday’s Schedule

3:00pm: Hotel Check In (Host Hotel and Overflow Hotel)
3:00 – 6:30pm: Free Time - (Get rest, detail your car, get stuff to stock your coolers for the track day on Saturday)
6:30pm: Pre-Stage for Cruise - Host Hotel Parking Lot (Police Escorts)
7:00pm: 1st OFFICIAL CAMARO5.COM Cruise
8:00pm: Return to Host Hotel
8:30pm: Meet and Greet -Azalea’s Restaurant and Lounge (Located in the Host Hotel)

Cruise is Friday evening. Will that still work with your plan?

My mistake, I thought that there would be a cruise from the Hotels to the event site on Saturday morning

The Saturday itenerary mentions a convoy to the track from the Host Hotel

What is or is there a plan B in case it Rains? Indoor facility? Sorry just had to ask because this is a long drive for some if it gets rained out!

There is no control over mother nature.....and the R word is a sin here. I know it's a long drive, but if something like you mentioned happens we'll have a giant BBQ! I don't know man. It would suck though

Vendors will still be there and if the track events are rained out you will get your entrance fee refunded on the spot.

Even if it rains during the Fest, our Oklahoma group plan on having a a good time and a lot of fun during the convoy. While it would suck without the driving events, we will still have fun getting together and shop the vendors. We won't be driving over 900 miles to have a bad time once we finally get there. Paul has a good idea, a week in Florida.

It has to be bettter than Oklahoma weather. Sunny and 75 degress late Friday afternoon and then 32 degress with heavy snow early Saturday morning. Almost a foot now.
