Wrecked my Mustang

Hey guys, im sorry to report that my 2007 mustang v6 pony package is dead.

i was driving home from work in the right lane and was 3 car lengths behind a car in the LEFT LANE. We approached an intersection and suddenly the guy decides to turn RIGHT from the left lane.

I hit my brakes and SOMEHOW did not hit him. But the mustang slid and veered to the right and went into a thick steel traffic light pole.

Witnesses said the guy stopped, looked at me, and took off. I have a broken ankle, femur, and wrist. The mustang is totaled.

So ive been in the hospital since the 21st and hope to go home soon.

Been looking at equinoxs online

sorry i dont have pics im still in hospital but will post soon.

Sorry to hear about it. Technically, doesn't that count as something along the lines of hit and run? I mean obviously it's not the same thing, but it was caused directly by his stupid actions and he didn't even stop to help

depending on the state, not stopping and helping would be illegal, and the wreckless driving, but definately not a hit and run

i think even the "victim" could be cited here for following too closely or unsafe speed for conditions. the guy who caused it may be more in line of an infraction of for an unsafe lane change.

So ive been in the hospital since the 21st and hope to go home soon. I had a similar situation, but I didn't veer out of the way because I simply had nowhere to go with out hitting somebody else. So, sorry man, but I'm hitting ya. Everybody was fine, but the police told me if I would have done anything else it would be my fault. I possibly would have lost my job if I had veered off the road and crashed into a pole or something.

I would hate to say it, and this is going to sound really crappy, but you should have hit him....
