Satin nickel gas cap?

I was reading the other thread about how if you order the RS package & then the 21" wheel upgrade, you get both sets of wheels.
I ordered the satin nickel gas cap when I ordered my 2SS. Should I get the original one too? For $200 for the cap, I would hope so.
Has anyone switched them out? Is it a pain to do? My car's scheduled to be built on the 12th, so I can't look for myself.

i would think for $200.00,you should get the other cap.i would confirm this with your dealer.

I switched mine out. Takes about 4 min, it couldn't be easier. I did keep the original. I got the dealer to just give me the new one and did it myself. Now I can revert back if I need. I made the dealer throw it in the deal to buy the car though. Not really sure if its worth $200 but I like it and you don't see many of them for sure.

I have a gm satin nickel fuel door for sale if anyone needs one. I went back to the original painted one after about 300 miles.

My car came with one too. Have the original one as well.
On the fence about which one that I prefer.

I bought mine from the dealer after the fact. It's super easy to install. You have push in a tab and the stock one snaps off. But you can always go back to the stock one if you want. People love it or hate it. I like it.

Can't see it real well but I never tried to get a pic of it specifically. I like it, its a matter of taste I guess.

I initially was a fan of the cap, but once I saw it in person at the dealer I didn't really like it.

I'm not a fan.... might as well put a big wing on the back too. Just plain breaks the flowing lines of the car.

The good news is, that gas cap adds 100rwhp.
