Leaving at 5a.m tommorow morning for Camaro5 Fest. Going to be close to 4000miles with the son and i in the car.( One way )Should be alot of fun. Can't wait to see all our cars together and meet some of the group. Will take the lap top so hopefully can still get the news from the site. And some shoe shopping in Atlanta on Thursday night.

Wow, all the way from British Columbia, that's quite a drive! We have driven from Tacoma, WA, back and forth a few times to Georgia or North Carolina. Those those boring roads can hypnotize a driver, so please be alert and drive safe. We'll be thinking about you. Post up on this thread daily if you can so we know you are doing okay.

Your trip makes our trip from Oklahoma a very short drive since it is only about 900 miles. We should not complain about far we are driving. I really, really want to attend the Fest, but I do not know if I could go 4,000 miles to do it. You should get a long distance award.

In Sedona Arizona tonight Phoenix for the Sprint Cup race this weekend. Then start last leg to Atlanta Sunday morning. For the first 2000 miles to Vegas averaged 72.8 mph and22 miles per US gallon. 1000 miles to Butte Montana not one snow flake. Then hit snow in every state (south Montana,Idaho,Utah,Nevada) I think there is something wrong with this great white north thing.

I would love to be on a trip like that someday but I think i would kill my wife before it was over.
