The other stuff is just a matter of principal.

The dealer tag would come off in 30 seconds with a little heat. The plate bracket would be a bit of a pain. I'm going to have my bracket out on here next week as we are a 2 plate state.
The misaligned CAMARO on the fender was almost as bad as the treatment by the dealership. Here's a (low res) pic of the badge, it was unbearable.

Thanks all for you sympathetic words. It's good to know that I didn't "over react".
I just cannot believe the depths some dealers will sink to. I'm pretty sure that GM won't care too much if I called to complain, plus I'm no longer dealing with the dealership. C'est la vie.

Thats unexcusable... You should send that pic with the VIN to the factory. Some QC guy needs to be canned.

The Camaro lettering could have been fixed in ten minutes in the body shop. Didn't they even offer to fix it under warranty for you?

Yes, that was my same thought. What else could be wrong with this car?

My dealership did the same f**king thing. 2SSRS 21" in rims IOM Int. NO FRONT PLATE BRACKET and NO DEALERSHIP BADGE.

I was in the field, contracting had already been done. Come home from the field, wife had brought the car home. Sure as shit, dealership badge on and a license plate bracket drilled through my front fender.

I now have 25% discounts on any and everything thing i need through the dealership. On paper.

They did, but they were hesitant about it and made it sound like they were doing me a favor. No Thanks!

That's some bs right there, As for the transformers edition you can buy the parts on ebay and gmpartsdirect, much cheaper that way then going through a dealer

the dealers i went through were top notch. it's sad to hear that someone gets treated so poorly at a GM dealer.
