Keep in mind, that is probably a street legal stock exhaust. Just like a Camaro, can sound completely different with an aftermarket alternative.

I had the problem buying foreign bikes too. But an air cooled 45 degree twin just didn't float my boat, not do 750 pound chromed up cruisers. And even Buell was os out of the main stream. I had high hope when HD bought the "other" Italian sport bike company, but they just sold that and killed Buell.

The Motorcycle Industry is interesting....because although it's easy for me to say "I won't buy foreign bikes" because I'm not interested in crotch-rockets to begin with, it is an example where buying foreign is okay, imo, because the domestics don't offer anything to compete.

I DO love the V-Rod, though....1250cc 9000rpm water-cooled V-twin co-developed with Porche nestled in a 600 lb cruiser....mmmmmmm

Ok so I need a car, my engine just blew in my Saturn. My truck is down for at least 6 months and wouldn't be a good alternative since it get 7 mpg anyway. So unless it turns out I won the Win Jimmy's truck giveaway I need a plan. Any ideas? How much is a lease on a new Camaro?

No idea on Camaro leases. I have not seen an add for a Camaro lease, but really haven't been looking that hard. I have heard the residuals are great so it would sleem a lease payment would be reasonable.

Not to delve into the pain, but how many miles on the Saturn?

170k, I may have jumped the gun on the diagnoses, since I didn't get a low oil pressure light or a check engine light. I am going to check the oil for any water, but it has one hell of a knock right now and oil spray under the hood.

Too bad. I was waiting to hear what the ultimate failure was. Sorry about that. No fun blowing an engine when you really need the car.

Yep, but nothing a new engine can't fix lol should be done in a week for about 3500 bucks. Good news is my parents are going to help me buy a new car when i get my degree so GM has 2 years to release the Z28 lol.
