I haven't signed up, but I'm planning on attending...I don't want to race my car, but I do want to be a part of all the activities...how do I sign up?

You need to PM GTAHVIT to see about being added to the list as a driver. Spectators, I can keep adding. Drivers can't be added until he clears it. So hurry up!
