Rob has the old 1167 bushings.. they had 300 miles on them. The front 1167 bushings were pretty much destroyed.. car was way overpowered for them! The 1167HD work well.. no more wheel hop. I'm liking that!
While the entire project and your posts are very cool, your 'cheerleader' made my day. I have three daughters. I understand how special her being part of this is to you. Congratulations on making her such a special part of your automotive passion.

Absolutely.. you have to have a little cheering section! It made my day when I saw her excitement from the starting line! Jeanne (my wife) said Kimberly was jumping and cheering the entire time I was on course.

She wants a RED Go Cart so she can go racing with daddy...
They have a kid's division. Next year she will be old enough.
I have room in the trailer for her future red cart next to Daddy's race car.
I'm glad she chose RED instead of PINK (her favorite color).
Guess we'll have to paint it RJT to match my car..

I just figured out where those chrome LPE emblems are going to go...
Kimberly's Cart will need some Bling!

Below are some much better pictures now that I had time to wash the car..

It's nice and clean now. I even washed under the hood..!

The clutch gets installed this Wednesday.

I'm really happy with how it turned out!

Hey Paul - you want to meet somewhere on Thursday or just meet up in Beaverdam? I think it is about 1 hour from Decatur. Should be in Beaverdam about 12:30, I think. I fly in on Wednesday night. Can't wait - the fest is close!!

That's a great looking car. I can't wait to see it in person; I've never seen a LPE car before...

sorry guys... I'm not going to make the fest...

Taxes (due in 2 days) wiped out my bank account.

Gas and tolls would be well over a grand. If the C5fest were longer than 1 day I would have gone.. it would have taken me 5 days to drive there and back (1275 miles one way)..

next year do it any week other than April 15th... and more centralized.
east coast - Virginia. West coast - San Fran (or someplace similar).

One of my Dealers is looking for a great looking Pedderised Camaro to park next to his at the C5Fest. Aside from a prime parking spot in the vendor area, my guess is there are other perks involved. Anyone in the LPE Brotherhood that is also Pedderised is welcome to reply.
