Funny noise???
Ok, I have had my car for about 5 months and I have noticed that it always makes this strange noise while idling and when I press the gas the noise speeds up. Im not sure if its normal or not but I do know I dont hear it on any of my parents or brothers car
 . It sound like a cringg cringg cringg cringg ( kind of like a loose nut in the engine getting tossed around) while idling. Does anyone know what it could be?

If it has you worried, take it in, but I do believe that the noise you're hearing is due to the direct injection.

Your right I should just take it in to get it checked, hope it really is nothing. Ill go when its time to change the oil.

I had a noise coming from under the hood of mine. It turned out that the heater core hose was somewhat kinked and what I was hearing was air bubbles. They replaced the hose with a newly redesigned hose. Apparently mine wasn't the first one.

If you are referring to a noise that sounds like click click click (every second - 2 seconds) then thats fine, its because its a DI (direct injection) engine as far as im aware/told
