You are correct in that one of the purposes of message boards is to express opinions. And they should be expressed with respect.

And no, we're not here for a "love fest ..........", differences of opinions, thoughts, etc., are all welcome. As I stated, I think the thread was started just as a way of suggesting to those with complaints to maybe consider the alternative....no Camaro.

It's hard to gauge how someone says something over the internet so I'd encourage people to really think about the tone that comes across in their responses. I'm sure I don't come across how I mean to much of the time, but I'd encourage taking a little more time to make sure. I'm positive many people accept the consider posts/threads more when they don't sound like they're beeshing, rather than trying to be constructive; at least I do.

My point exactly.

I didn't NEED the Camaro either. I was happy with my SRT-4, looking to trade it on a SRT-6.
When the option came up to purchase the Camaro I gladly desided to spend an extra 17-18 thousand for the Camaro over a SRT-6.
