I chatted with him yesterday. He said he just had to do a few minor changes so that it would allow for the variations in the shifters. I will be heading over in the next few days for my mule fodder and so they can do pics.

Yea I can't wait for them to figure that out, I figure if I have to wait now, I might as well ask them to engrave it to LT/RS instead of just RS.

Is there an installation video or a pdf with pictures and instructions? I'd think I may get one of these, but I don't know if I can install it myself.

They did do some installation pics and video today. I would expect to see the video on their site. The shifter comes with pictured assembly instructions. It is very quick and easy to do.
