I took my camaro in for the drivers bottom door seal. Simple job. They put it in backwards, AND it was for the passenger door. If they can screw up that bad on a simple seal, what else will they mess up on a major job? Scary.

Does tapping into the Boston Acoustics amp for my ******** configuration void this service bulletin? I have noticed distortion, I'm way below that VIN breakpoint, but I'm afraid they will deny me service for my sub install.

Took it in again......they have ordered more speakers (2 different kinds) and replaced the amp again. Still distortion in the passenger door speaker after that was replaced. Let's see if they get it right when the new replacements come in.......I am crossing my fingers.....still irritated.

I took mine in a few weeks ago to have them fixed for this same issue, I made a post on it. However the speakers they put in are CRAP I have been trying to get ahold of them to figure out why I lost ALL BASS in my car I can turn it up to 12 and it has hardly any bass.

That was my fear, as I asked above I was afraid they might be lesser speakers and a lesser amp to avoid the distortion rather than address it with better quality.

For those with the distortion in the back I had the same problem and this is what the dealership told me. They said that there is a slight design flaw in the rear deck and when the base kicks in the speakers cause the rear deck lid to make contact with the rear window. They told me that at this time there is no fix for it but if one does become available they will call me.

As for the noise I was getting the two bigger speakers in the door had sounded like they were busted.

Going in today to figure out where my bass went. The car used to shake the mirror when bass was turned to 3 now it barely moves with the bass is at 12
