My 2LT/RS A6, Sunroof was just under $31k MSRP after GMS+GM 60day return $500 rebate I was right around $28k add my $17k trade I ended up financing $14k when it was all said and done.

Just for the hell of it I went to a local dealership to see what they would give me for my 2LT/RS I was offered $27.5k

Got my LS for 23,000 flat, and put on the 1lt wheels little later. My dealer was wanting another 1700 dollars for upgraded wheels, fogs, and a power seat. Funny though when I got it, it has power seats, and I picked up the wheels for 600 with brand new tires.

TRUTH BE KNOWN, THE LS IS DEFINATELY THE BEST DEAL BY FAR! Throw a supercharger on it (when available) and you got one very fast ride for under $30k.

1LT/RS manual, C&C package, rally stripes (I had them taken off, but had to pay for them anyway, heh).
$27,4xx before T/T/T, with my $750 USAA discount.
OTD was just under $29k, but T/T/T varies from state to state so it's more comparable without.

I got it just after they stopped taking orders, I needed it QUICK (wrecked my DD motorcycle), and they had to dealer trade their prized 'attention grabber" Synergy Green edition to get mine pretty much exactly the way I wanted it (less stripes). The white stripes on the black car were a bit too much contrast for me. Silver or CGM stripes might have been different, heh.

I love the RS package, but I love the standard 1LT 18" (Bavarian Silver) wheels more, I want to trade my MS 20's for them (+ some cash) if you haven't seen my thread in the wheel FS section.
