How come you count the central US with the west? If you count them with the East our numbers are really really staggering

If they (and I was one of those who voted central) wanted it in the east they would have voted east; they don't and didn't. And I don't think a couple hundred is "staggering", we have over 26,000 members in C5. And it's still April so give it some time. And change the title of the thread because it doesn't give any indication there's a central option so maybe other's who would vote central aren't looking at it because it appears to be biased.
