I can bring some for you to try if you like. I also use some Waterless Wash on it. Both do a pretty good job. The 303 is really great, and leaves a nice clean finish on everything black/trim/hoses/etc.

If you wouldn't mind, I'd love a CD of the pics from the last mod gathering. I am definitely going to take more pics next time. |

Changing my diff fluid my next day off. I got the two qts of Mobil 1 75-90, but I thought I read somewhere on here about and additive the dealer put in someones car. you guys know anything bout any additive that goes in with the gear oil?

Mobil 1 Synthetic Gear Lube LS 75W-90 contains special friction modifiers designed for limited slip-type differentials. In most applications, the addition of special LS (limited slip) additives is not required. For axles requiring the highest level of limited-slip performance, OEM specific LS additives can be added to this fluid. At. http://www.mobiloil.com/USA-English/..._75W-90LS.aspx I didn't research this, just read it on this thread: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...t=differential Lots of different opions on these matters. Hopefully Mobil knows what they're talking about. Good question, I never heard of the additive before, but can't say I ever had the rear diff. fluid changed in a car before I got this one. |

![]() About the "if time permits"... We will make sure we get to everyone. Nothing needs done on my car, I just like to wrench! I plan to arrive early and will stay as long as need within reason. I do have to work the next morning! I see nothing really difficult. I am sure I will ne busy with the spring installs, they are sort of time consumming but we can easy do 3 to 4 in one day. The shifters are a snap. If anyone is getting a hurst, i suggest getting there early and doing that first. I can have those done in about 30 minutes with the lift. We can get it out of the way and I can start on the spring/sway bar installs and I can free up the lift for Heinz to assist with all the MGWs... from what I understand are a little more time consuming. The only other thing I can think of that will require the lift is 10's headers and exhaust, which Drew said he is more than willing to work on and shold take about 3 hours with the lift. I foresee several opperations going on at once, should be a full, busy day. See you all in a few weeks! Hoping for nice weather!... unlike today!

For a future mod day (not this month), I'm considering brakes. I love 1 RD JEWL's drilled and slotted rotors and powder coated calipers. I am trying to line up a guy to powder coat my calipers. I'm thinking either black or red:
![]() ![]() What do you guys think? Should I have IPS do the work or are any of you up for the challenge? (I know there is no way I can do this myself.)
