Frustrated!
Apparently nobody in South Florida "feels comfortable" installing halo's, afterburners, and HID kits
 . If anyone knows someplace in South Florida near Coral Springs/Ft. Lauderdale (33065 or 33071) please let me know. If not then I guess I'll have to drive to the closest place I found....4 hours away.

Yea and I'm not comfortable doing the installation and wiring myself sooo I'm stuck.
