They won't melt if driven in the rain, they aren't some 200K exotic sports car.. They are a Camaro, Made for the Common man to be driven every day..

If you keep them locked up and only drive them ocassionally then you are missing alot of pleasure.. it makes driving to work and home much more fun.. you find yourself making excuses to go out of your way to go places.. Use it, Enjoy it, You only live once....for tomorrow you may die...
hell!..it's a chevy!..this IS a driver's car!..(dd).. no garage!.. car loves rain!
drives better in it,..and it also LOVES snow!..loves to play in that!..use it people!..have fun with it!..it's a car!..for c&8ist sakes!..(lol)

I drive it after work on nice days, rain is a no no for me, gets the car to damn dirty! Weekend is when it comes out and plays and gets it's use. Car will sleep through winter. Good god couldn't even imagine what these things handle like in that weather Plus salt

Just curious why the outside temp matters when driving this car? I can understand not wanting to drive it when its freezing out. So if it's 65 and sunny that's not worthy of a cruise? For what it's worth, the Pirelli's handle just fine in less than 40 deg weather if you don't drive like a moron.

SERIOUSLY!!! I don't understand the temp thing either, completely ridiculous. I mean after all, if you want to get technical, cooler weather generally means less insects and in areas like florida where you have those nasty lovebugs, less insects can mean less wear and tear on your cars paint finish.

More ridiculous than I ever heard. I drive mine whenever I feel like it or want to have fun.

I have two cars and I try to drive mine on the weekends..... but some days I just feel like rowing thru 6 gears! She has seen every season and every type of weather. Keeping your camaro in a garage 90% of the time does more harm than good.

If i'm headed anywhere that doesn't need 2+ passenger room or cargo space, you can bet i am heating up the tires. Work, school, fun or errands, i am driving it any chance i get. I try not to let it sit still too long in the Florida sun, but i love it too much to let it sit still for long. With a 100,000 mile warranty, i plan on putting it to use. Where's the fun in a 5 year warranty expiring with 10,000 miles on the odo?
