I downloaded it for free. Was a while ago though so I don't know if they started charging for it. It's basically google maps but a program so you don't need to be connected to the net except to update your maps when they do.

Send a message via AIM to Mr. Wyndham
I 100% agree with TAG, the damages didn't look too severe to me, but if the other driver is going to be a bit#h about this...Fight 'em. You'll win - you have to!

And 'Congrats' on the Z06...Though a 20,000 trade in would have been nice...

Well, my dad got a letter in the mail today, he got it because he is the owner of the Vibe, the letter said... get this... the other driver is suing me!!! Actually my dad, it's one of those "got into a car wreck, fell, felt bad vibes from someone? Then call us, we'll sue their @$$!!!" lawyer offices where 1/3 of their 60 lawyers are board certified and one is licensed in D.C. My dad just smiled and said "let State Farm (our insurance company) handle it"

Someone tried that crap w/ my wife years ago and she was not at fault. 5 years went by and her case was finally called up in court. She drove from SA all the way back to Louisiana only to get in court and find the plaintiff (guy who was suing her) never showed. Case dismissed.

Tell your dad to get a lawyer friend and send an official letter to the other driver saying you are suing them. Read the accident report and tell us who the handling officer made at fault. You should be in the clear...especially if their ins co is already taking "70%" of the blame. I hate those people!!!

It won't go anywhere.

Bublebee, sorry to hear about your dad's loss - I hope he is ok. I hope this doesn't sound to insensitive, but did you atleast salvage the wheels and other parts?

Yeah, my dad's fine, probably just a little sad to lose his baby, but he's be getting another one in a few years, and about salvaging the parts, no we didn't.
