Only the early build cars have the GM chicklet on the fender. Those cars should also have a GM Performance Division tag under the hood. What those cars DON'T have that yours does is back-up sensors.

I might be in me monority but I rather like the "Chicklet" only thing I hate about it is it seems to attract dirt and wax residue.

I have the chicklets, GM performance Division tag under hood, AND backup sensors....a rare breed indeed. My Car was made during the transition period early last September.

Its cool enough to share with a cobalt, minivan and anything else they could put a square cheesy thing on?

I have an early production car with the "chicklets"..I like them and those of you who are critical of them...Kiss my SS..If I didn't have them i would probably get them.They look cool.

That is rare- What is the last of your Vin ? Someone said they changed around 44,xxx. Mine was built August 3rd with vin 32351.

I think it is plastic, but I'm glad you like it

You can drop by the dealer and get extras or just go to the corvette forum. All of us have removed them. Or you can peel some off the side of a minivan.

Mine has no chicklets, does have GMPD badge underhood and has backup sensors.
