I've had two of them and both have issues. Customer service is good, but why do they keep going bad. Great idea, but not perfected yet.

If you are talking about the ones from the UK I have had mine since april and still working fine, remote gives me trouble now and then so it might be part of the problem possibly. Let them know, I'm sure they will make it right for you.
