I recently installed Eibach lower springs and sway bars and was curious to see what, if anything, would happen to my mileage. I've had the car since September and have been getting around 23.5-24 MPG on my average, normal tanks. When I have to drive to our data center around 2.5 hours away, I've been getting about 25.5 on those tanks (including the off-highway driving before and after the freeway trek). Last week I made my frist trip to the data center since installing the springs. For that 270 mile round trip, plus 3 of my regular commute days, the total milage was 27.2!! That's the best ever calculated MPG for this car by well over 1.5 MPG.

You improved the aerodynamics for highway travel by lowering the car and that lowers the drag because less air gets under the car.

i do about 20 min country driving with one 4 way that i have to stop. then 10 min of highway, not interstate, driving to work. Car has 1700 miles on the clock and my computer avg says 23.
Last fill up i traveled 401.4 miles, 15.665 gallons = 25.6 mpg! Im shooting for 26 this tank. Cant wait for the Oshawa meet so i can see what my highway(interstate) mpg will be

I was up to 16MPG from the dealership till my First oilchange, at 750Miles. Changed the Oil with Synthetic Mobil1. I'm at 950Miles now... I'm already at 19MPG.

The Engine isn't even broken in yet, it's just going to get BETTER and BETTER =D I'm very very happy about this. Also, got my car on April 6th, 2010... Which is also on my Signature.

On my Mustang, I have about 1,050 miles, and my mpg is 17.0. That is about 85% city driving. I have a little bit of a lead foot, but I don't drive like a total maniac. But the way I drive, I'll never see 30 mpg, lol.

Yeah, I was just wondering how the mpg of the Mustang was compared with the Camaro, and I noticed that there is a pretty big dropoff with a lot of city driving, and thought I'd just chime in that city driving has also affected my mpg. Didn't mean to bother you.
