My guess is this will not be settled until November at the earliest. That will still give us all plenty of time to plan for April 2011.

Working with bigger facilites is a little more complicated than dealing with the family owned and operated SGMP....

I heard you the first 20 times...

Getting old.

The owners of SGMP are now my personal friends. It's not easy to explain to them or anyone why we aren't going back next year.

But this site is made up of more than people in the southeast. We owe all our members a chance to attend.

So keep that in mind. Please.

LoneStar Motorsports Park in Sealy TX has rolled out the red carpet w/ virtualy no red tape. And 2 or 3 local Camaro orgainizations to help w/ the work.... and lots of vendors very close.

Seems they've fallen off the radar...

owned by Hennessy.... We need to keep the fest as unbiased as possible when considering sponsors...

Seems silly but we need to keep a level playing field.

How about SGMP for C5Fest III? Yea I know it is way way too early to plan that one.

I can see why everyone wants the Fest to be in their own backyard -- you'd have to drive a Mustang to miss that reason...(just kidding!!)...but I really do hope the inevitable fact that not everyone will have their location picked doesn't stop people from coming.

We want to see EVERYONE there regardless of where we choose to go! Last time was so much fun!!
