here is the youtube link showing the 2011 L99 Camaro SS, from a cold start to idle, and then start to 3k rev to idle.

Also, not sure if this has anything to do with the Camaro Crowd, but on my CSRT4, it will decel pop when under 2k RPMs. Not sure if this happens on the L99, will try to see later with LittleMT.

I specifically got my Borla ATAK exhaust so I can drive around the neighborhood in second gear to hear the decel pops. That is my favorite part of having the exhaust.

Hi. The decel burble or pop is usually regarded as a very good thing. Most people really like it however there are some that don't. I understand that the decel burble is caused by DFC. Deceleration Fuel Cut off. The fuel gets cut off momentarily during decel to help with fuel economy and this causes the burble. I understand that some tuners on some cars have been able to play with this feature and turn back on the fuel to certain levels. This will reduce or eliminate the pop.

Just get the exhaust and live with the popping. You will learn to love it.

Unless you just want noise, deleting the mufflers on the 2010's isn't going to do much for power. The stock mufflers flow very good. You can take out some of the popping with tuning. I do it all the time.

I tuned the fuel injection on my Harley with a Dobec tuner. It had a mode called off throttle fueling, which totally stopped the popping. The exhaust in the Camaro is lean and reigniting in the pipe.

Really like the decel pop on mine, she goes blublubblub.. BLAM SMACK. It's great. I can't imagine why anyone would want to tune that out lol.

Myself i don't care much for the decel noise. Sounds more like a mild backfiring to me than anything cool. Now that i've added a cam the decel is completely gone. Even tried making it do it, but was a no go. On the flip side of things my mpg's went back to factory 16/24 when i had them 19/27 pre-cam.

Life is good
