Hard to say. Drone is so subjective and is something different to every set of ears.

To me...you will certainly know the exhaust is there. But I've went on very long road trips without any complaints. Where I notice it more is going 80mph-ish down the free way and come to slight up hill. As the engine has to do some more work the tone that is resulted in the closest thing to ‘drone’ I notice.

go to a muffler shop and have them cut out the mufflers and replace with a piece of exhaust pipe
