I just ordered a hurst shifter, black knob, and magnaflow x pipe... next weekend will be a project weekend hopefully. woot woot... after I get those in I'll be sure to stop by the next friday to show it off.
OH and some kids in my neighborhood started peeling up my stripes on my hood but I can't prove it was them... ugh I want to run them over stupid kids. They're only around 5 yrs old but their parents don't watch them and they play in the street and roam wherever they want and leave their toys in my yard. I feel like an old Mr. Wilson getting after them. Ugh my poor stripes.

I replaced mine a few months ago... pretty easy... after getting over that initial "I have never done this and don't know what to expect feeling..." took an hour + taking off one side... but way less on the other side.. way less... I may not be as helpful as Tag, but i may be able to help you out some... I will hopefully be able to make it out to Fridays next week... or send me a pm if you need help before then.

I was reading a thread on how to do it, but I would love some help from someone who has removed them and put them back in. Do you know if I really need a special trim removal tool?
I'll be at TGI on Friday after 9 if anyone can assist.

Thanks again and have a great week.

Hmmm....a missing chair? That's unusual...

lol
Someone got jacked by the joker.

My stripes are covered under the warranty! So Hopefully next weekend they'll be able to put them on.

I'll see you all in a few weeks when my car's not messed up. =[

Man, it was awesome getting out there early...having dinner with the kids and getting to talk to everyone for a while. That's the first time I really didn't feel rushed. I usually get there and everyone is heading out. Maybe I can start getting out a bit earlier on Fridays to head out there. I liked doing the music thing too. I have a bunch of old good ones on my USB that I didn't play...but we can get to those next week.

Anyone going to Cabelas tonight?
