hmm so i see a completely new interior happening, price range like a gt500, starting around 48,000 to fully equipped 56,000, different hood, facia and stuff... i'll see then to see if i'll trade up

Rudimentary, I know....but I think it's the best gauge.

Keep in mind....I don't NEED a car with this much...'stuff'. Stuff being heritage, performance, style, prestige, etc....But my Dad has a '79 Z28 sitting in his garage right now...all-original. And it was the car that introduced me to Camaros...This makes the namplate very emotional for me; I would LOVE to honor his (and him) by buying myself a Z28 and keeping it forever...

But I'm not gonna plunge myself into bad credit/debt...so we'll see.

A few things, Is that like a testing facility for all cars, notice the 5.0 GT vert in back ground.

Chevy is taking too long on the Z28 by the time it comes out Ford will have a 5.0 (twin turbo ecoboost) *rumors say* in the GT500, Although Chevy has the vette to compete with that.

In my opinion Chevy should be working on a bad ass SS for the 6th gen instead of wasting time on the 5th when they want to have a new model in a couple of years. The z28 in my opinion should be a suspension and handling package, (Track Pack + 373 gears) with an Ls3 and slight visual cues would make it what it needs to be.


I do however feel bad for Chrysler being behind on performance. The Mustang and Camaro are pulling away and I don't think the 6.4L is going to let them catch up.

That's a major let down in the looks department for me. Too much like the one I have now.
I hope they wise up and make it more aggressive looking like for did with the GT500.
They need to make sure that there is no mistaking this with a regular one SS or it will be a major fail.

I think the side badging could say "supercharged Z/28"

I do believe that is a Pedders Suspension vehicle there....First thing I said to the wife was.."look at the meat (tires) on that car"

Also, the chevy emblems could be covered cause they could say "Z28", "LSA", "LS9", "Supercharged", etc. in the center of them.
