I stayed with a dealer for 5 weeks with the same situation. They never gave me an order #, never cashed my deposit check...
I began contacting all dealers within a 2 to 4 hr driving distance, and I would not deal with them unless they could guarantee they had allocation, and they would put my order through.
I found one about 30 min from my house. I got an order number immediately. I have stayed on top of the dealership until my order was picked up by GM, which was yesterday so I should be code 2500 today. Good luck.

I can't win. Now my update says on hold at osh. Wish I could find out why?

Check with your salesperson and see if they can get you any info. Are you getting stripes? It could be Quality Control is looking it over, that's not a bad thing. The waiting now that you know it's built is the hardest part. It will be to you soon
