This indeed is a very valuable thread, especially if you have 600hp at the rear end, the thing is actually dangerous right now from 1st thru 3rd gear at WOT. It gets to swinging back and forth in the rear end pretty violently.

I asked the guy who's going to do my alignment about this when I scheduled my appointment and he didn't know what I was talking about but then I read him your post and it helped him understand what I was saying. So yeah, this thread is immensely valuable.

Front Camber -1.25 Toe OUT .10 Rear Camber HALF the front camber -.6 or as close as he can get to .6 Toe Zero out the toe for a 0 Thrust angle If your Camaro is not sufficiently settled in with these adjustments consider adding Pedders EP1200 sub-frame bush inserts to tighten up the rear of the car. My Camaro is just under 600 RWHP and is on rails at WOT regardless of gear change. The 5th Gen is an awesome automobile that just needs a tweak here and there to make it stable and predictable. |

I installed the Eibach 1 inch drop springs and sways. Also installed the pedders bushings.
The car feels great. no bouncing. I went with pedders alignment specs. They know their stuff! I originally wanted to get thier coilovers but I had to cheap out on the drop due to some personal issues. Listen to pedders, they know what they are talink about! great customer service too! That being said, the Eibach springs are not bad for the money. I love my ride!!

Are the Eibach a progressive rate spring? You feel the small bumps even less than stock, and then it stiffen faster with the larger ones?

Are the stock springs progressive or linear?

I assume the toe-out is for more aggressive cornering? Could you post the stock numbers? Is there a closer-to-stock setting for the front toe that would save the tires and sacrifice a bit of handling? Thanks for your input...
