Hey Reaper,
It would be nice to see you. I'll be out after 9pm unless they let me leave early.

Darrell, even if snow were remotely common in this area, you would never drive in it

And tar is a bit more difficult to remove than snow

Has anyone changed out their rear diff fluid yet? Can you please explain the process and what is needed? I want to do this. I searched the DIY's but can't find my info other than jacking it up and draining it and how it smells like grapes and grossness. I just want a quick how to.

Hey Lionel -- I just changed my rear diff fluid last night. It couldn't be easier. On the rear diff there are two plugs, one is the drain plug and one is the fill plug. Take the bottom one out and let it drain (using a 3/8" drive socket wrench). While it's draining pull out the fill plug above it. Clean both of the plugs off, and let it finish draining the remaining fluid. Once it's done draining, put the bottom plug back in and put one quart of 75W90 gear oil in the diff. I used Royal Purple, but Mobil1 and Lucas are good as well. All it takes is one quart and you should see the fluid start dripping from the bottom of the fill hole, in fact mine took a little less than one quart. Then all you gotta do is put the fill plug back in and wipe off any excess that was spilled and you're good to go! Hope this helps!
