Tim we have found the order and processed the credit. Please make sure there is a plug in the H/E, I suspect there might be a few of them that this happened too.

We have fixed it on our end starting today, sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. We appreciate the feedback and C5 forum support!

i have a maggie in my garage waiting for install, what do i need to look for to see if mine came without the brass fitting?
