ABM will not be back - at least anytime soon...........

For a good reason.

While I happen to love it - and some of you love it as well, it was the lowest runner in 2010 - -and even when we announced that it would not be back, it still did not pick up in terms of volume. (...I think ABM with Silver stripes is a real showstopper.....)

Jetstream Blue - those who attended the Fbody Gathering in Atlanta last May had the opportunity to see a Jetstream Blue Camaro. (......yes, there was one there!)

The problem-- unless you set it RIGHT NEXT to an ABM Camaro - you could not tell the difference - if there was one car between them, it was not a noticable difference.

Now - before you flame me over ABM, let me go on record (for the umpteenth time) that I am a huge fan of LeMans Blue and Nassau Blue and Mulsanne Blue - all bright blues from the 60s and early 70s - but they were never strong runners........

We brought out Bright Blue metallic in 1999 - -and it lasted maybe 6 months?

Meanwhile - keep giving us feedback. (but note the disagreements right here on this site!)
so does that mean a lighter blue will never be back?

Scotty,
Is there due to be any confirmation for the (perhaps) new colors soon? Order dates are coming up soon!

Thanks,

Jim

Hugger Orange
Bright Purple Metallic
Purple Pearl Metallic
Medium Quasar Blue
90's teal color
Gold?
Fathom green from 1969

I think color is everything. To really up the ante, offer a blue, red, or white leather interior option.

Also, factory rear window tint option.

Thanks scott!!!!!!!

Put me down for Metallic Black. I think metallic black could be a great way to offer something different that you know will sell with black being the most popular color. This color is nice also, even if it has a weird name. (Medium Quasar Blue Metallic)

I think Pewter belongs on old men's trucks.

A brighter more competition looking orange would be great. That's why I changed my order and got white and had it painted.

I would think that a brighter rose to fuschia would go great. I wouldn't own one but there sure are a lot of women buying these cars nowadays.

My daughter thinks that the current yellow is too golden for her. She says it should be a lighter shade like a canary yellow.

IMHO.

Well that depends, if you think white is disgusting then I have something disgusting because I'm trying to be different (as you say) or If you like white then it's something that looks good to you.

For me though, I could give a rats ass as to what someone thinks of the color, brand, motor, wheels or whatever I choose.
