If it's a 3.6 then he'd have to have an aftermarket hood, the 3.6KB doesn't fit under the stocker.

Nice work Ted. Am confused to why you want to put a stock tstat back in the car... Is the KB that much cooler of a blower that it is not warming the motor up as fast as a maggie would?

Everyone is under the impression that a Thermostat is responsible for cooling the engine, this is False. The Thermostat is there to Warm the engine up Quickly, the Fan and Radiator are there to cool the engine, You can only cool the engine down to the fan settings which is limited to 190. Ted.

True, idk my car with the maggie would run consistently too warm and would kill power. Threw in the colder stat, and it keeps temps in the 190 range now. Thank you for the explanation though.
