I think you are correct. It is too bad we can't see the Michigan Plate on that yellow camaro in the video to know for sure.

Now that I look at it more, I actually like the design of the taillights more than the current style. If they could just redesign the way the reverse LEDs give off the sun glass look, I think they have a winner.

I just found this vid. You can barely see the taillights, but you can see the larger sideview mirrors. Seen here testing at Nürburgring....
