Not always true. My dad is a victim of one of the larger sponsoring vendors on that site and after a lot of investigation I found out that they continually deleted threads that called this vendor out. Their next step was banning the members that spoke out against the vendor.
On another note, I just recently had a real costly experience with a paid vendor on LS1tech. That is not where I found them, but in the end I’m out over $2k and they deny any liability. This is after I had a third party inspect the work.

Corvette Forum is one of the WORST in protecting rip-off vendors. Have been a member there since shortley after their inception and they will delete legitimment customer claims in a minute.

Now LS1tech goes way in the opposite direction letting moderators favor their own friends shops and cause non stop trouble and harrasment to good vendors that don't have that "in".

LS1GTO is probably the worst in letting favortisim dictate all.

I have to say this sight has been pretty dang good, and lets a legitiment gripe be aired but steps in if it is an organized slander fest. and Digital Corvettes USED to be one of the fairest to both members & vendors, but is now owned by the same clueless people that own LS1GTO so have lost most respect for them. They used to be owned by Patrick who ran it as fair as any I have seen.

Camaro5 has a difficult job as any site does since it is hard to determine when a unscrupulous vendor is using his friends to undermine & slam unfairly a good shop. And a Slander/Libel suit is still costly to bring against people on the internet.

An organized effort against most any shop will destroy them deserved or not. Like the Salem withc hunts of past, many just troll looking to cause trouble.

I regularly refer members to shops around the country that I have watched and seen good work & customer service, and still find some of these act arrogant in return (I even see some I have refered customer to and have praised still bad mouth another good shop in PM's and wonder if they have a soul or a consience)....but to warn someone of an unscrupulous tuner (I'm talking seeing the horrible shoddy work time and again & misinformed advice) back fires when they have enough easily bullshitted followers that think they are "God".

I have also seen questionable shops/tuners morph into pretty good shops over time as well.

It is far to easy for a unscrupulous competitor to put up a string of negative & untrue posts around the internet under aliases that does damage that is hard to undo also.

It is a hard job to sort through what is deserved and what is not, so ANY site has to wheigh all the eveidence to be fair, and far to many are biased and don't even try. Camaro5 I fell does one of the better jobs.

Ok, guys the car is fixed... I took the car down at ADM in Texas today and Andy fixed the messed up Tune I Got in OKC. He was able to get 450 RWHP out of car with 91 octane and no Headers.... I gained 60 RWHP from his tune, compared to the Lousy tune I got in OKC that was only able to get 390 RWHP....

Andy is THE MAN !

Welcome to the Family besides his detail in his work Andy is awsome at his Tuning and Pat isnt bad himself. Both worked and Tuned on my Car and I love it with everything I have.
Even though we had a few kinks to work out which is normal when you do this kind of modding they perfected it

Sorry about your bad experience! It happens when the dollar is the most important thing to the business. I can tell you from my experience with ADM that's the only place that will touch my car. Andy builds a reputation with every car that leaves his shop and gains a friend in the process.
