I told you that story about the black pickup truck right? It's a funny story about Horsepower because I thought it was just a regular black dodge truck with just some arsehat driving. He had an evil grin like the grinch. Anyway we where at a red light and no one else around. And we went at it and about half way he took off like warp speed and was gone. I was like OMG wtf was that? ... it was a viper engine in the truck (SRT10) lol.

Anyway cute story IMO*.

To get away from crazy-a$$ drivers on the highway. (They belong in your rear-view...not in front or next to you)
To take those on-ramps the way I need to take them. (it's scary to have to hope for others to let you in because you know you can't get up to speed fast enough)
To experience the thrill of them ALL breathing ON THE TRACK.
And to listen to the glorious burble those 426ponies (or 304) make when I'm not pushing them.

To and from the track in my town is about 15 miles of 2.5 lane hwy and the cops don't even bother going out there on track days. My friends and i regularly hit 125+mph. I'm just wondering if 426hp will be enough...

[EDIT] Would do about 125+ back when i had my Regal LS, i'm scared to take the Grand Am past 90...
