Cool flywheel, clutch and rear-end upgrades

I'm having a supercharger added and already have headers and performance exhaust. I'll be at about 600 hp when it is complete. The camaro wiki says the stock tranny is rated to 430 lbs/tq and I'm going to be way over that. I know I would benefit from a clutch/flywheel upgrade but it is necessary? Will I smoke the clutch without it? If I upgrade the clutch/flywheel to hold all the new torque will the stock rear end gears handle it?

New clutch/flywheel along with halfshafts *should* be good enough. If you want to go extreme then you can beef up the transmission internals, output shaft, drive shaft, 9 inch rear, and halfshafts for a bulletproof setup. That will cost more than your supercharger though.

A good follow up question would be, how do you use your car?

I don't drag the car at any tracks/courses or do launches but I do get on it and eat a few mustangs from time to time

A clutch and flywheel upgrade would not be a bad idea but you aren't to the point where you need to be worried about beefing up much else, especially if you aren't hitting the track. You will probably want to make some suspension upgrades to help get that power to the pavement.
