Squirrel,
I haven`t installed a catch can yet but I have my eye on one that mounts where the stock air intake used to mount, upper rear perch. Tensioner has moved just a tiny bit so far, but yeah, I am keeping an eye on it.
That blower looks nice!

I bought the RevXtreme but the shop that installed the dedicated nitrous fuel tank mounted it on the tank support and it would not allow the engine cover to fully seat. I moved it to the other side of the engine bay by the CAI. There is a hole already there and all you have to do is pull on the plastic wheel liner to use a socket. I did not even have to modify the included bracket or anything.

Here is a pic of how it was installed by the shop. You can see that the engine cover does not fit right.

Here is after I moved it to the other side.

My friend and I installed the Edelbrock E-Force on my SS. We didn't use the flywheel tool. I put the trans in 4th gear and stood on the brakes and the flywheel didn't move at all. Here is a picture of where I mounted the catch can. I attached it to the one stud that had the OEM filter box mounted to.

That works perfect on a manual car. That trick will not work on an automatic trans car fyi. You either use the locking tool, or find some way to jam the flywheel, ie... puting a long screwdriver beteen the flexplate and converter or similar.

Thanks for the pics.

Looks really really nice.

Awesome, it's crazy how close are numbers were to each other, what a kit. Have fun at the track, when I took mine out for the first time after the install it scared the shit out of me, I still had some reservations about my installer...

I think it has a lot to do with the stock cam backing things up, its not blower friendly at all. It is nice making over 500rwhp w/ stock internals..

Well, hopefully I won`t be too scared, I`ve had some fast cars in the past, but we shall see...Lol.. Lol.. @ your installer...

I wish this kit would come with the next Z28. There are a lot of goodies come with that car, the only thing missing, is this blower.
