Gforce axles - How it's made

As some of you know, we have been installing some new cnc machines in our shop to bring all our cnc work in house and got way behind on making axles and just about everything else we make.
I'm glad to say that all the equipment is now up and running great and were cranking out the best drivetrain parts on the planet once again :turbonaug

I'd like to thank everyone for being so patient and having faith in us to deliver when our back log was so huge.

I know everyone loves to see pics and video of how things are made so I thought I would post up some cool pics and video of how we make axles and other various parts.

I'll probably add more pics and video over the next few days.

Thanks
Chris

Here are axles waiting to be turned on the lathe.
You can see the 300m axles in the pile, they are the shiny ones. The dark ones are 4340.

I'll add the cnc work we do on the Camaro billet pinion yokes this week. It's neat as hell.

And a few pics of billet pinion yokes being made, these little babies have a but load of machine work involved!

We changed the design on these a bit from our old ones.

I was running some billet aluminum pinion yokes today on our lathe and thought I would share a video. This is the first operation, I'll post up the other operations when I get to them.
Most places the owner sits in an office, not me, I'm usually out in the shop running cnc machines or designing parts and doing R&D.

Thanks
Chris
