I'm the opposite. I have a mustang but I don't hate camaros, I only hate the one I had. The OP is an idiot but we all no that. Both cars are great just buy what you like and f the rest.

Ah man you got an airfoil?!?! Mustang boi ain't got a chance!!!!!! Kidding aside should be a good race with advantage to the LT1. I ran a 13.9@101.7 with my old 2.73 geared Automatic LT1 camaro with less mods on an unprepped track

Nothing will help, even cobra rear and with a good photo foreshortening. If the front side is nice, back one is a truly ****ed up part by ford.

+1 I always hated the rear of the 05-09 and the front, just looked too dated. I think the new one is a big improvement.

The new mustang rear is butt ugly, no 2 ways about it. Front is OK

Ya know i only made 460 rwhp on a mustang dyno....with 7 psi

itanke and headers.....90 degree day

but i did manage 485 torque

A new 5.0 with 8 psi with exhuast and intake made more hp.....about 20-25 more...but at least 40- 45 less torque....

he was a 6 speed
i am an Auto.... Guess who is faster S/c vs S/c i am. that low redline i have quick shifting, and instant torque all the way to my low fast shifting redline did him in..over and over again....3 times..

You all forget an auto with more than 500 ft lbs of torque ( dynojet)

is a beast. i chirp 2nd and 3 rd......and have not lost to any Mustang tuned/ sc/ GT500...... close races on some...but sorry NO JOY>

For $24,000 ----> the LS is one hell of a fun car!!

I'm sure the base mustange is too....

A friend on mine has the v6 challenger... nice car but way under power.
