I wouldn't be surprised. I know multiple customers have come to evo and told them to build it up to ______ and just rebuild anything that breaks. This could be one of those cars that is pushing the stock block to break, then they will rebuild.

The Mustang is a very nice car. The new effiecnt performance platforms and front end styling are a welcome technology yet a throwback look to some of the finest cars of past. There is nothing I'd rather see in my rearview mirror

All I have to say is its about time ford made the GT equal in performance to the camaro. I am 30 years old and sorry but for as long as I was street racing till a few years ago, the camaros always beat up on the GT stangs. My 97 bolt-on M6 z28 would kill stangs on the street all the time! It took ford how many years to come out with a GT mustange that could hold its own with the camaro

Well now us chevy guys FINALLY have some competion

Its just funny to see how the ford guys act like they been the leaders all this time! Either way, the camaro is still leaps ahead in style in my book! Dont get me wrong, I like the new mustange but you ford guys need to stop tootin your horn soo much!

i dont think there is any true Ford person that wouldnt agree that the 94-04 GT's were turds.

I don't consider myself a true Ford person but I wouldn't mind a clean 94-95 5.0L GT, I'd prefer a 93 5.0L SSP notchback if we're talking 90's mustang's, but there's nothing wrong with the 5.0's in those 94-04 body style. The 2 valve mod motors did suck unless you add head's and boost.

the 99-up 2V's werent too bad...better than the 5.0, but youre absolutely right, they needed boost to do anything....just like every other mod motor.
