OMG!!! 2011 Camaro LS with Fog Lights!!!

before, something was really missing on my camaro LS.

it was a sad camaro.

i always felt sad when i look at the empty fog light spots.

but, now it looks like real camaro!!

forum member MotorCityTransplant did a professional job on this!!

i ordered all the genuine GM parts from a website.

he installed/wired everything in his apartment garage.

and i get to watch all his professional jobs too!

the dude is genius! (i know nothing about wiring and all)

the lights are actually 'stock lights', it just looks like white(crappy photo).

next stop, a brand new set of wheels. well, in the future that is.

those black stock wheels still look good on my black camaro.

I had fogs on mine. But recently all my lights messed up. So I'm going to have to redo the whole system. How much was everything from GM? Can u break it down to a list. Get me? I might go with AAC 119. For projector headlights.

X2

Looks great!
I agree! They should be standard equipment, given the nature of this vehicles intended purpose.

yo, man.

i know you need the below parts. (excluding bezels if you already have right ones)

http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/results...umber=15839896
->two of these, fog light housings $64.16 each
http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/results...umber=92218023
->left bezel, it's listed as $13.33
http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/results...umber=92218024
->right bezel, same thing $13.33

and some wiring parts($20-$25) that you buy from local stores i assume.

try contact, MotorCityTransplant. he knows everything about wiring and all.
he posted a few posts regards it as well.

What about your controls? A new switch, or install the factory button?

no switch.

the fog lights are conntected to the sidemarker lights.

if you leave as it is, they will turn on automatically at night.

if you turn your headlight switch to middle position, fog lights+parking lights+sidemarker lights will be on. well, that's how i drive in daylight.

ofcourse, with headlight switch to left position once, they all will be off.

I agree I'm going to wire them up to a switch. especially around here the cops are bad for pulling you over for foglights on in the city. so it would be nice to be able to turn them on and off in that situation.
