Im not worried about money, I just want a "one-of-a-kind" car on the streets here where i live, you know? I was looking to buy a 2009 Dodge Viper instead, but i had to check this Camaro out before i buy a Viper, I May go ahead and buy that "Wide Body Kit" for a 2010 Camaro, and upgrade the engine and put a 383 Stroker motor into it. I want it to be a beast on the Streets.

Use smaller rims if you want performance.

you need to do some homework ! 383 stroker would be a downgrade compared to an LS3. you could take the stock ss engine (LS3) and add a forged 416 rotating assembly and it would handle 1000 hp or more.

That was horrific. It's one of those things I wish I could un-see, like a Will Ferrell or Mike Myers movie. Sweet Jesus what would possess someone to do that kind of crazy $h1T to a perfectly beautiful & proportioned car. 4 to 5 grand can buy a lot of go fast and that's just the body kit. Then add for wheels, body shop labor. Like someone said above, 20 grand easy. Ladies & Gentlemen I think we have a new nominee for President of the More Money than Brains Party in 2011.

I mean it's one thing to have a "one of a kind car," but have some class. The Corvette from "Corvette Summer" was a one of a kind, but how many of us would actually be caught dead driving that thing around today. It might be cool for like 10 maybe 15 minutes, but that's it. It wreaks of a gone, and thank god forgotten era of automotive styling. It has no real elegance or staying power in reality. Where you see a one off now, not even 10 years from now even you yourself might be saying. What was I thinking? In the end It's all a matter of taste & that is NOT my particular brand of vodka.

Personally I think if you really have that kind of cash to burn call Chip Foose and let him at your car. He is the "Grand Master," and 30, 40, even 50 years from now god willing people will go OMG that's a Foose car. WOW!!!

I'll let the man's credentials speak for themselves.

Awards and honors

In November 1997, Foose became the youngest person to be inducted into the Hot Rod Hall of Fame. Additionally, Foose was inducted into the Darryl Starbird Rod & Custom Car Museum Hall of Fame in 2002, the Grand National Roadster Show Hall of Fame in 2003, and the San Francisco Rod and Custom Motorcycle Hall of Fame in 2005. Foose has also won the following awards for his work:
Most Beautiful Roadster Award in 1995, 1996, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2003, and 2006. Some of these cars were designed by Foose and completed by other builders such as Boyd Coddington, Barry White, and Bobby Alloway.
Detroit Autorama Ridler Award in 2002, 2003 and 2005.
The Goodguys Street Rod of the Year Award in the years 1990, 1991, 1995, 1997, 1999, and 2001.
Diecast Hall of Fame Inductee 2009.
Best Hot Rod at Bilsport Performance Show 2011.

Andy at ADM (he's in TX as well) can fix you up... and give you *exactly* what you want power wise..

P.S. Skip the 24" wheels...

If you want to put out over 1000hp, there is a thread going on right now. I am not sure of his user name, i think it is fastfaster. Someone correct me if i am wrong. He is putting in a 454 LSX Engine with TT i believe and getting in the same HP range that you are looking at around 1200. It's gonna cost a pretty penny, with that much power everything is going to need to be upgraded to handle that much power. I think it would be bad ass to have a wide body with that much power, but the 24 inch rims would decrease the performance, 22's may be better for that reason. But if 24's are what you want, then do it!
