Military and college discount are the same gm supplier price it is depending on the price of the car + or - 100-200 above or below invoice. For instance on a cheap car like cobalt supplier is actually over invoice and on a tahoe it is a couple hundred under.

when i ordered in oct. i was told grad discount wouldn't be accepted on the camaro. not sure if that was chevy mandate or just my dealer. maybe things have changed. here's hoping

chevy announced all offers are gonna be eligible i think its was your dealer trying to make an extra buck

from what the website says we get the car at supplier cost on a cobalt 2SS thats like a 1000 k off that's pretty awesome

College grad, military, gm employee is available on all cars but up to the individual dealer if they want to honor it on that paticular car.

I emailed a local dealer asking about this discount and he had this to say:

There is no 2010 Year Model College Graduate discount in effect, only a 2009 Model Year College Graduate discount. The dealership will honor any incentives offered on this model as long as it is a pass through from GM, and does not dilute or reduce the profit established at the time you order it.

I'm trying to figure out the "dilute or reduce the profit" part. Of course a discount is going to reduce the sale price and therefore the profit, right?

Correct, 2010 models are not in the system yet. It only covers 08/09 models at the moment. BUT just to ease everyones feelings, the only cars that are currently not eligible for the discount is the ZR1 (Yes you can get a malibu hybrid with a discount!).
