I'd go with this before I'd spend a couple hundred dollars on plastic thingys. I've noticed that my car will seem to get flat spots after sitting in my decently cold garage for as little as a week or so. They go away after some driving of course. But the last couple times I've moved the car backwards/forwards the day before I drive it. Seems to work great!
